Kandinsky — 11 Tableaux et 7 Poèmes, 1945 | Color Your Own Canvas Print
This canvas is based on one of Kandinsky's final published works — 11 Tableaux et 7 Poèmes, created in 1945, the last year of his life. By then Kandinsky had spent decades dismantling the rules of painting, convinced that color and form could carry emotion the way music does. This late piece reflects that lifetime of searching: organic shapes, unexpected color relationships, and a quiet inner logic that rewards slow looking.
I outlined the composition by hand on a drawing tablet, tracing each shape line by line to preserve the rhythm and balance of the original. The result is a canvas that's yours to interpret — bring your own colors, your own mood, your own reading of Kandinsky's visual language.
No art background needed. Just curiosity and a set of pencils, paints, or acrylic markers.
